No one had ever asked me this before I was not pre-paired to charge for hourly consulting, I was not even sure what to charge. So, I pulled a number out of the air and told them $200/an hour. They did not even flinch. Instead they threw money at me and asked how soon we could meet.
What was most interesting is at the end of these calls they would purchase my services. I was blown away; people were paying me to sell them. I could not believe it.
Prior to speaking I was charging $1k-$1.5k per month for my services and throwing in all sorts of freebies, consulting, funnels, and bonuses to close the deals.

I create an all-inclusive package for $10k. Because I had live social proof speaking on stage they had positioned me as the go to expert, they were excited to give me $10k and work with me. I was literally able to triple my prices and people were jumping on board verse having to chase prospects around for $1k.
This was a win-win for everyone. I was able to provide a much better experience for my clients because I could invest more time into their business. They got the complete 360 degree of support with out having to be nickel and dimed to death. I got paid for all the work I provided for them and was not spending hours of each day working for free.
